The second release from Chicago MC is From Now On and follows suit with her laid back trap style. Hearing a female get into the lean style is not something you find often which makes Dreezy a bit of an outlier. "Money Printer" has been receiving a bit of radio play and for good reason. Dreezy takes the mumble style of trap and ups the pace and ups the skill. Her flow really is undeniable and there is absolutely no gimmick here. Releasing and EP is not the norm in Hip Hop so Dreezy doing two in less than a year puts the world on notice that 2016 may very well be the year that Dreezy takes over. The whole record was produced by Metro Boomin and his beats are interesting and right on the edge of what is hot. "Serena" also features DeJ Loaf who seems to force every single word she wants to say regardless of what the beat calls for. It is refreshing to hear two females go on a track without referencing that it is happening, they know they are good and they are going to prove it.

"Nonstop" features Dreezy at her absolute best. The song is razor sharp with each word and each note expertly placed to create one of the better trap songs of the year. Her energy is also right on point. She never gets to angry or to slow, instead she reads the vibe just right and brings exactyl what she needs to for every track. While she clearly has skill in the trap game it would be interesting to see what she can do on other tracks. There really is not much to get deep in to with this five track EP but it sets the stage for an album that could really be something special. Watch out for Dreezy you will be hearing much more from her very soon.
