Run is the debut album from Australian DJ/Producer Alison Wonderland. In a world of much of the same Alison Wonderland is different in some of the best ways. Her brand of EDM is wildly original and thus intoxicating. She has a style all her own which really separates her from the pack. Her music is so technically proficient, each beat and each tone is placed just in the right spot to really make a profound impact. The through line of the entire album is quite haunting and beautiful yet it works with each track building on the next. The only standout is the final track in which Wonderland takes more of an R&B approach which reminds me of some early Boyz II Men yet brought forward to a new generation.

The exceptional tracks for me were "Take It To Reality" and the title track "Run". Both are really clear examples of Her style and what she is bringing to the EDM game. Run is quite the first foray into the scene and we can expect big things coming from Alison Wonderland in the future. You should Run and go get it...see what I did there? With Run?
